为分析某型报废火箭炮弹战斗部梯黑铝混合装药的安定性, 将样品加速老化处理, 利用差示扫描量热仪测定了试样老化处理前后的热分解过程。分别得到老化前后在5, 10, 20 ℃/min升温速率下的DSC曲线和相关特征数据。采用非模函数Ozawa法, 结合线性回归分析, 计算了炸药热分解的动力学参数, 求得试样老化处理前后在不同升温速率下平均峰温改变量为1.08 ℃, 表观活化能改变率为8.01%。表明该梯黑铝混合装药安定性良好, 满足资源化再利用要求。 |

In order to analyze the stability of high explosive of TNT/RDX/Al in some waste projectile warhead, accelerated aging experiment was performed on the explosive sample, and thermal decomposition process of the original sample and the aged sample was measured with the help of differential scanning calorimeter. DSC curve and relative characteristic parameters were got under different warming rates of 5, 10, 20 ℃/min. Ozawa model and regression analysis were applied to calculate the kinetic parameters. The result showed that average change of the peak temperature is 1.08℃ and alteration of activation energy is 8.01%. It was concluded that the stability of the TNT/RDX/Al explosive is good and meets the recycle demand. |
