      由于海水运动十分复杂, 要了解并掌握海洋环境电场特性, 仅仅依靠模型计算所得结果难以与实际相符。文中以实验为基础, 采用三分量水下电场测量系统对大连附近海域进行了长期的观测, 通过统计得出了该区域海洋电场幅值、 电场峰峰值的主要分布特征。由此可知, 海洋环境电场特性虽然复杂, 但也是可以获取、 积累并分析的, 而对海洋电场的主动观测, 是认识海洋、 了解海洋的重要手段。
英文摘要:
      To know and understand the characteristic of sea electric-field, merely model calculation can’ t fit the actual situation well due to the complexity of sea water movement. A long tem survey was carried out by using there-component electric-field testing system to survey the sea area near Dalian based on experiments. The main distribution characteristic such as amplitude and peak to peak value in this sea area was obtained by statistic method. It was concluded that the characteristic of electric field of sea can be surveyed, accumulated and analyzed, and that is the important way to know the sea.
