      基于外部和内部涂层加速试验环境谱, 分别对某型飞机的LY12CZ铝合金内、 外部结构涂层进行加速老化试验, 统计分析了两种涂层腐蚀老化表面形貌, 得到了光泽度和色差随加速腐蚀时间的变化规律,并对涂层的有效性进行了综合评定。试验结果表明, LY12CZ铝合金外部结构涂层的有效期为12 a, 内部结构涂层的有效期为10 a, 轻微划痕对外部结构涂层的日历有效性影响不大, 而对内部结构涂层有一定影响。
英文摘要:
      Based on accelerated corrosion environmental spectrums for surface coatings of external and internal structure, accelerated aging test was carried out on surface coatings of external and internal structure of LY12CZ aluminum alloy of a certain type of aircraft. Surface morphology of corrosion and aging of two kinds of surface coatings were statistically analyzed. The time varying laws of glossiness and chromatic aberration were obtained. The validity of the surface coatings was comprehensively evaluated. The results showed that the term of validity of surface coatings of external structure of LY12CZ aluminum alloy is about 12 a, and the term of validity of surface coatings of internal structure of LY12CZ aluminum alloy is about 10 a. Scratch has little impact on surface coatings of external structure, but scratch has some impact on surface coatings of internal structure .
