      介绍了环境应力筛选温度循环试验数学模型,通过雷达单元实际筛选数据统计建模计算,在相同的温度范围、温变速率条件下,进行筛选度和循环次数的理论与实际数据对比分析,得出了确定雷达组成电子单元温度循环试验循环次数的方法和修正系数。
英文摘要:
      The mathematic model of environmental stress screening test temperature cycle index was introduced. Under the conditions of same temperature range and temperature changing rate, the theoretical and practical data of the screening degree and cycle index were compared and analyzed based on the modeling and calculation of practical screening data of radar unit to obtain the method and correction coefficient for determining the temperature cycle index for electronic units of radar system.
