      目的 通过应用故障预测和健康管理( PHM) 技术,实现导弹武器的可靠寿命预测和健康管理。 方法 在分析国内外现状的基础上,对某型导弹贮存延寿的系统架构进行设计,并对工程应用中的数据采集、寿命退化分析、预测方法,以及使用和贮存寿命预测等主要过程的技术途径和研究方法进行论述。 结果 工程应用证明了 PHM 技术在导弹贮存延寿中的可行性,相关关键技术也存在有效的解决方法。 结论 面向导弹贮存延寿的 PHM 技术体系在实现导弹武器全寿命周期管理和寿命科学评价的同时,能够有效降低装备的延寿升级经济成本。
英文摘要:
      Objective To realize the reliable life prediction and health management of missile weapons, though the use of the technology of the application of fault prediction and health management ( PHM) . Methods Based on analysis of the status of domestic and overseas, the storage and life-extending system architecture of a certain type of missile was designed. Technological approaches and research methods were discussed which were in the main processes of engineering application such as data collecting, life degradation analysis and prediction method. Results The engineering application proved the feasibility of PHM technology in storage and life extension of the missile, and the related key technology also could be solved effectively. Conclusion The PHM technology system which is oriented to the storage and life extension of missiles can realize the life cycle management of missile weapon and the scientific evaluation, at the same time, it can effectively reduce economic cost . of life extending and upgrade of equipment.
