| Corrosion failure cases were listed for a certain type of aging aircraft structure. The common corrosion problems and theirs characteristics of the aging aircraft structure were clarified. The main causes and impact factors of the aging aircraft structure corrosion were systematically analyzed from the index system of service life period, structure corrosion characteristics, service environment, corrosion maintenance during service and corrosion repair,etc. The aging aircraft structure corrosion protection countermeasures were emphatically elaborated, mainly including corrosion inspection evaluation, coating system improvement, waterproof sealing structure improvement, corrosion prevention and control measures during field use maintenance. |
