      目的 研究电偶腐蚀行为。 方法 根据飞机服役过程中面临的典型气候条件,对 T700 碳纤维环氧树脂复合材料与 2A12 铝合金连接在不同环境温度(0,10,20,30,40℃ )、不同 pH 值(3,5,7)和不同质量分数(3. 5% ,7% ,10% NaCl 溶液)电解质溶液条件下进行电偶腐蚀实验,并分析各参数对电偶腐蚀的影响规律和电偶腐蚀对材料的影响。 结果 随着电解质溶液温度、NaCl 浓度的升高和 pH 值(限酸性环境)的降低,腐蚀电流逐渐增大。 结论 电偶腐蚀过程对复合材料影响不大,铝合金腐蚀破坏加重。
英文摘要:
      Objective To study the behaviors of galvanic corrosion which has been more serious along with the increasing dosage of CFRP used for aircraft, when connected with metal material. Methods An experimental test on galvanic corrosion between T700 carbon fiber composite material and 2A12 Aluminum alloy was carried out, which depended on the work environment of aircraft, including the temperature (0,10,20,30,40℃),the pH (3,5,7) and the NaCl concentration of electrolyte. Then, the influence of each parameter was well analyzed, so was the impact of galvanic corrosion on the material. Results Several conclusions were drawn at last. The corrosion current increased with time when the temperature increased, the concentration of NaCl rose and the pH decreased (in an acidic environment). Conclusion The galvanic corrosion had little impact on the composite material, while the corrosion of aluminum alloy was severe.
