      目的 选择适用于大型气候环境实验室制冷系统的制冷剂和载冷系统的载冷剂。方法 通过对气候环境实验室制冷系统和载冷系统的特性分析, 提出制冷剂和载冷剂的选用原则。对常用制冷剂和载冷剂的物性分别进行对比分析, 综合考虑环保性、 制冷内循环特性、 循环风系统和空气补偿系统对冷媒的要求等因素优选制冷剂和载冷剂。结果 复叠制冷机组的高、 低温段制冷剂分别选用R507和R23, 中高温载冷剂选用AS-6, 低温载冷剂选用AST-30。结论 提出的冷媒介质选择方案适用于大型气候环境实验室。
英文摘要:
      Objective To select the refrigerants and secondary-refrigerants suitable for the large climatic environmental test facility. Methods The selection principle of the refrigerants and secondary-refrigerants was proposed based on the analysis of characteristics of cooling systems in climatic environmental test facility. The properties of common refrigerants and secondary-refrigerants were comparatively analyzed, and the optimization of the refrigerants scheme was conducted considering the environmental friendliness, the refrigeration inner-circulating characteristics, the requirements of the cycle air system and the makeup air system. Results R507 and R23 were selected as the refrigerants for the high- and low-temperature sections of the cascade system, respectively, AS-6 was selected as the medium- and high-temperature secondary-refrigerant, while AST-30 was selected as the low-temperature secondary-refrigerant. Conclusion The scheme of the refrigerants proposed in this paper was applicable to the large climatic environmental facility.
