目的 设计一种防静电结构的桥丝式爆炸螺栓。方法 采用 “泄放” 与 “堵” 相结合的方法, 设计针-壳空气静电结构的桥丝式爆炸螺栓, 并进行各种性能验证。结果 设计的桥丝式爆炸螺栓通过了总体结构原理性试验、 静放电试验、 分离速度验证试验、 功能裕度试验、 结构强度裕度试验、 系统试验, 以及鉴定考核试验的验证。结论 桥丝式爆炸螺栓可解决防静电不安全因素, 并且分离功能可靠, 在实践中具有较好的应用前景。 |

Objective To design a kind of bridge wire explosive bolts with anti-static structure. Methods Using the combined method of "discharge" and "wall", bridge wire explosive bolts with structure of needle-shell of electrostatic air was designed, and various performance verification was conducted. Results The bridge wire explosive bolts designed passed the original rational test of the overall structure, static discharge test, the separation speed verification experiment, functional margin test, structure strength margin test, system test, and the validation of identification test. Conclusion Bridge wire explosive bolts could not only solve the unsafe factors of anti-static, but also realize reliable separation function, and had good application prospect in practice. |
