      目的 确保系留气球保障性, 提高其使用效率。方法 针对系留气球的特点, 研究运用保障性分析法和相似产品法预测备件品种, 采用相似经验法、 按比例供应法和模型计算法确定备件需求量, 得出一套预测系留气球备件品种和数量的程序和方法, 并给出计算实例。结果 系留气球备件的配置应首先确定备件的品种, 在此基础上确定备件需求量, 并配置在相应的维修级别。结论该系留气球备件的预测程序和方法适用于工程实际, 可以应用于系留气球的保障性分析。
英文摘要:
      Objective To ensure the supportability of tethered balloon and improve application efficiency. Methods According to the characteristics of the tethered balloon, types of spare parts were forecasted using supportability analysis and similar products, and the amount of spare parts that were demanded were calculated using the similar experience, the ratio supply method and the model calculation method. Thus, a set of procedures and methods were obtained to forecast types and amounts of spare parts of the tethered balloon, and the calculation example was given. Results Configuration of spare parts of tethered balloon should be determined firstly. On this basis, the demand amount of spare parts was determined and the corresponding level of maintenance was arranged. Conclusion The forecasting process and method of spare parts for tethered balloon engineering can be applied to supportability analysis of tethered balloon.
