      目的 提升军工材料环境适应性评估准确性和环境适应性基础数据资源应用水平。方法 按照四同原则“同类型材料、同种试验环境、同种试验方式、相同性能”梳理研究了重庆市环境腐蚀与防护工程技术研究中心30余年积累的橡胶、塑料、合金钢等军工材料环境适应性数据。结果 提出了军工材料环境适应性标杆数据的概念,简述了环境适应性标杆数据的主要作用,初步构建了环境适应性标杆数据体系框架,提出了环境适应性标杆数据的2种应用方法并剖析了2种方法的优缺点,最后列举了环境适应性标杆数据的应用步骤并以军工高分子材料环境适应性评估为例进行了说明。结论 军工材料环境适应性标杆数据体系评估同类型军工材料环境适应性水平具有较高的准确度。
英文摘要:
      Objective To improve the accuracy of environmental worthiness evaluation of military materials, and enhance the application level of environmental worthiness basic data resources. Methods Environmental worthiness data for rubber, plastic, alloy steel and so on, which were accumulated by Chongqing Engineering Research Center for Environmental Corrosion and Protection for near 30 years, have been analyzed with the principle of homogeneous military materials, the same test environment, the same test mode and the same performance. Results The concept of environmental worthiness benchmarking data for military materials has been put forward in this paper, and the main function of environmental worthiness benchmarking data has been also described briefly. The framework of environmental worthiness benchmarking data system has been constructed preliminarily. Two kinds of application methods about environmental worthiness benchmarking data have been brought forward, and the advantages and disadvantages for two kinds of methods have been analyzed. Finally, the application procedure of environmental worthiness benchmarking data has been listed and clarified with the environmental worthiness evaluation of military polymer materials. Conclusion The environmental worthiness evaluation of homogeneous military materials by dint of environmental worthiness benchmarking data system possesses superior accuracy.
