目的 研究针对某民用航空机载电子设备的HALT方案与实施,以此提高该设备的固有可靠性。方法 基于环境应力和失效的统计分布关系,结合某民用航空机载电子设备的特点,设计针对性的HALT方案,并实施HALT实验。结果 发现多个设计缺陷,并完成整改,极大地提高了该民用航空机载电子设备的可靠性。结论 通过设计针对性HALT方案与实施,发现设计缺陷,并进行设计改进,可以有效提高设备的可靠性。 |

Objective To study the HALT scheme and the implementation of a civil aviation airborne electronic equipment and improve the reliability of the equipment. Methods Targeted HALT scheme was designed based on the statistical distribution of environmental stress and failure and in combination with the characteristics of a civil aviation airborne electronic equipment, and HALT test was carried out. Results After discovering several design defects and making rectifications thereof, the reliability of the airborne electronic equipment of the civil aviation was greatly improved. Conclusion Through the design of targeted HALT scheme and the implementation thereof, we have found the design defects and made improvements accordingly, with which the reliability of the equipment can be effectively improved. |
