      目的 预估不同地区芳纶纤维增强复合材料环境贮存寿命,及120 ℃热老化对七个地区的加速因子。方法 对芳纶纤维增强复合材料(AFRC)在7个地区的自然库内暴露样品进行研究,考察了其弯曲强度性能变化规律,对AFRC的库内贮存寿命进行一元线性回归分析。结果 得到了七个地区的线性回归方程,计算出其弯曲性能降到50%时的贮存寿命,得到了120 ℃热老化对七个地区的加速因子。结论 以50%弯曲强度性能失效为例,自然库内暴露下芳纶纤维增强复合材料寿命依次为拉萨>敦煌>厦门>西双版纳>万宁>济南>漠河,加速因子大小顺序为漠河>济南>万宁>厦门>西双版纳>敦煌>拉萨。

      Objective To predict the storage life of aramid fiber resin composites in the environments of different areas and the acceleration factors of seven areas affected by 120 ℃ thermal aging. Methods Samples of aramid fiber resin composites (AFRC) exposed in the natural environment of the storerooms in seven areas were researched. The law of changes in its bending strength was investigated. Unitary linear recursive analysis on the storage life of AFRC in the storeroom was carried out. Results The equation of linear regression in seven areas was obtained. The storage life was calculated when its bending property was reduced to 50%. The acceleration factors of seven areas affected by 120 ℃ thermal aging was acquired. Conclusion Taking the failure of 50% bending strength as an example, the storage lives of aramid fiber resin composites exposed in natural environment of storerooms from large to small are respectively Lhasa, Dunhuang, Xiamen, Xishuangbanna, Wanning, Jinan and Mohe. The acceleration factors from large to small are respectively Mohe, Jinan, Wanning, Xiamen, Xishuangbanna, Dunhuang and Lhasa.
