      选取江苏省5家电池、电镀化工企业在产品加工过程中产生的含重金属污泥为研究对象,利用高纯锗(HPGe)γ能谱仪系统,分析了不同类别污泥中放射性核素228Ac,212Pb,212Bi,208Tl,214Pb,214Bi和40K。选用蒙特卡罗模型(Monte Carlo N Particle Transport Code)剂量转化因子得出,电池、电镀化工企业污泥年有效剂量率为44.8(19.2~50.3)μSv.a-1。通过计算放射性核素232Th、226Ra的富集因子(EF-Th和EF-Ra)来确定放射性核素232Th、226Ra在电池、电镀化工企业污泥中的富集水平,得出EF-Th和EF-Ra值范围分别为(0.478~2.217)和(2.509~4.115),表明放射性核素226Ra在化工污泥中存在明显富集,而放射性核素232Th只在PR铬泥、SD铬泥、TT铬泥和MX铬泥中出现富集。在铬污泥中,重金属元素Cr和Pb与放射性核素232Th的皮尔森系数范围为(0.411~0.576)和(0.494~0.797),与Raeq的皮尔森系数范围为(0.455~0.844)和(0.371~0.821),表明重金属元素Cr、Pb含量与放射性核素232Th、放射性水平相关性较强,在SD铬泥中Cr-Raeq和YX铬泥、MX铬泥中Pb-Raeq的皮尔森系数达到0.844和0.820、0.801,在实际工作中可利用污泥中Cr、Pb含量估计SD铬泥和YX铬泥、MX铬泥的放射性水平。
英文摘要:
      The radionuclides, such as 228Ac, 212Pb, 212Bi, 208Tl, 214Pb, 214Bi and 40K, occurring in the sludge samples from five lead-acid battery or electroplating factories in JiangSu province were analyzed on High Purity Germanium crystal spectrometer(HPGe). The radioactivity of each radionuclides were calculated with data obtained on HPGe. The estimated annual average effective dose contributed by these sludge samples was 44.8(19.2~50.3)μSv.a-1 with Monte Carlo N Particle Transport Code(MCNP) dose rate conversion factor. The Enrich Factor(EF) of 232Th was about (0.478~2.217), and EF of 226Ra about (2.509~4.115), indicting that the radionuclides were enriched during the manufacture process to some extent. In addition, There were observed significant positive correlations between the amount of heavy metal chromium and lead and radionuclides 232Th and radioactivity in chromium sludge samples with the Pearson correlation matrix range (0.411~0.576),(0.494~0.797) and (0.455~0.844),(0.371~0.821), respectively. The Pearson correlation matrix for chromium and radium equivalent activity(Raeq) reach to 0.884 in SDCS, Moreover,lead and Raeq reach to 0.820,0.801 in YXCS,MXCS, respectively, indicating the use of relative heavy metals concentrations to predict radioactivity for studied sludge is possible.
