目的 验证 35Cr2Ni4MoA 材料采取镀硬铬、封孔表面防护的耐腐蚀性能。方法 开展 35Cr2Ni4MoA 材料表面镀硬铬有无封孔防护状态下的实验室加速腐蚀环境试验,研究材料表面腐蚀行为特点,加速腐蚀试验共 8 个周期。通过蚀坑深度、腐蚀面积、单位面积腐蚀数量等描述 35Cr2Ni4MoA 材料表面腐蚀情况。 结果 35Cr2Ni4MoA 材料表面镀硬铬和封孔防护后试验件腐蚀程度明显减低。结论 镀硬铬、封孔表面防护能有效提高海洋环境下 35Cr2Ni4MoA 材料表面的耐蚀性能。 |

Objective To verify corrosion resistance of 35Cr2Ni4MoA material which takes hard chrome plating and sealing surface protection. Methods Laboratory accelerated corrosion test of 35Cr2Ni4MoA material which takes surface hard chrome plating was carried out in the presence of sealing protection to study behavior characteristics of surface corrosion. The accelerated corrosion test had 8 cycles. The surface corrosion of 35Cr2Ni4MoA material was described by the depth of corrosion pits, the area of corrosion, the number of corrosion per unit area. Results The corrosion degree of test piece was obviously reduced after hard chrome plating and sealing protection of 35Cr2Ni4MoA material. Conclusion The surface treatment of hard chrome plating and sealing surface protection can effectively improve the surface corrosion resistance of 35Cr2Ni4MoA material under marine environment. |
