      目的 研究重型车辆柴油机机械泵起动工况的喷油规律。方法 基于Bosch长管法搭建某重型车辆柴油机机械泵起动过程燃油喷射规律测试台架,分析起动过程中,不同转速工况条件下,喷油泵端压力、喷油速率和喷油持续期的变化规律,结果 随着起动过程喷油泵转速的升高,泵端压力的峰值增大36.18%,峰值相位前移13.9°(CA),喷油速率加快。喷油泵转速稳定后,泵端压力曲线和喷油速率曲线形状也随之稳定,喷油速率的变化规律与泵端压力的变化规律保持一致。起动过程中,喷油持续期随平均转速的上升逐渐延长,循环喷油量趋于稳定。结论 在起动工况低转速条件下,机械喷油泵的循环泵端压力峰值较小、相位靠后,循环喷油速率低且相位靠后,喷油持续期较短,同时循环喷油量较小,起动性能较差。随着喷油泵转速的上升,循环泵端压力、循环喷油速率、喷油持续期和循环供油量趋于稳定,柴油机达到更容易起动的状态。

      Objective To study fuel injection in diesel engine start-up condition of heavy vehicle. Methods Based on the Bosch long tube method, a test bench of fuel injection law of a heavy-duty diesel engine mechanical pump during start-up process was set up. The variation of pressure, injection rate and fuel injection duration of fuel injection pump under different start-up operating conditions was analyzed. Results With the increase of pump speed during start-up, the peak value of pump increased by 36.18% and peak phase position forward leaded by 13.9°(CA), and the injection rate increased. After the pump speed was stabilized, the shape of pump pressure curve and fuel injection rate curve became stable. The variation law of the pressure at the pump end was consistent with that of the pressure at the pump end. The duration of the fuel injection increased gradually with the increase of the average speed during the start-up process, and the amount of circulating fuel injection tended to be stable. Conclusion Under the condition of low speed starting conditions, the mechanical fuel pump has small circulating pump pressure, rear phase, low circulating ejection rate and rear phase, short injection duration, small cycle fuel injection quantity, and poor starting performance. With the increase of the fuel injection pump speed, circulating pump pressure, injection rate, injection cycle duration and circulating cycle fuel injection quantity tend to be stable. The diesel engines are more likely to be started.
