      目的 解决气候环境实验室超大空间温度性能的校准问题。方法 通过对实验室结构及气流组织进行分析,确定实验室有效空间内温度不均匀性及波动度概率较大位置,设计实验室温度校准方案。通过数据采集系统,对实验室温度数据进行采集,并对温度校准的不确定来源进行分析,评定气候环境实验室温度性能及扩展不确定度。结果 以低温工况-50 ℃及高温工况50 ℃数据分析为例,气候环境实验室在低温-50 ℃时,室内温度平均值处于-48.67~-50.27 ℃范围内的可信度是95%;在50 ℃时,室内温度平均值处于48.57~ 50.77 ℃范围内的可信度是95%。结论 气候环境实验室温度性能校准方法可实现对超大空间实验室温度性能的校准,并验证了气候环境实验室温度的均匀性及波动度等技术指标满足其设计要求。
英文摘要:
      The paper aims to solve the calibration problem of the super space temperature performance of Climatic Environmental Test Facility (CETF). By analyzing the structure of CETF and the organization of the airflow, the location of the temperature unevenness and the probability of volatility in the effective space of the laboratory were determined, and the temperature calibration point layout plan for the laboratory was designed. Data on temperature in CETF was acquired through the data acquisition system. The uncertain sources of temperature calibration were analyzed. The temperature performance and the expansive uncertainty were evaluated. Taking the data analysis of low temperature working condition -50 ℃ and high temperature working condition 50 ℃ as an example, the reliability of average indoor temperature in the range of -48.67~-50.27 ℃ in the climate environment laboratory was 95% at low temperature -50 ℃; and it was 95% at 50 ℃ when the average indoor temperature was in the range of 48.57~50.77 ℃. The calibration method of temperature performance of CETF can be used to calibrate the temperature performance of super space laboratory. It also verifies that the technical indexes such as temperature uniformity and fluctuation of CETF meet the design requirements.
