      目的 通过对比试验室加速腐蚀试验结果,获得耐盐雾腐蚀性能最佳的表面防护体系。方法 选用2024铝合金的几种不同表面防护体系,进行盐雾腐蚀试验。通过宏观腐蚀形貌和涂层失光率变化来分析判定表面防护体系耐腐蚀性能,获得抗腐蚀性能优异的表面防护体系。结果 综合内外部防护体系宏观腐蚀形貌和失光率情况来看,阿洛丁氧化和所配套的三套涂层系统的盐雾适应性较差。结论 内部防护体系推荐采用铬酸阳极化+10P4-X底漆防护体系;外部防护体系推荐采用铬酸阳极化+10P20-X底漆+ECL面漆防护体系。

      The work aims to obtain a surface protection system with the best salt spray corrosion resistance by comparing the results of accelerated corrosion tests in the laboratory. Salt spray corrosion test was carried out by several different surface protection systems of 2024 aluminum alloy. The corrosion resistance of the surface protection system was analyzed and determined by the macroscopic corrosion morphology and the change in the loss rate of the coating to obtain a surface protection system with excellent corrosion resistance. According to the macroscopic corrosion morphology and gloss loss rate of the internal and external protection systems, the salt spray adaptability of alodine oxidation and three matching coating systems was poor. Chromic anodization + 10P4-X primer protection system is recommended to be used as the internal protection system and chromic anodization + 10P20-X primer + ECL topcoat protection system is recommended to be used as the external protection system.
