| 为飞机电连接器腐蚀外场检查与处理探索一种有效的防护方法，弥补飞机电连接器腐蚀外场检查与处理要求缺少技术支持的问题。首先针对飞机电连接器的使用环境、腐蚀特点，阐明了飞机电连接器外场腐蚀维护的重要性，给出了飞机电连接器外场腐蚀外场检查与处理的基本流程。其次，按照检查前准备、检查程序、检查标准、清洗和处理、清理后防护处理、防腐蚀保存等步骤,研究制定了飞机电连接器腐蚀外场检查与处理要求。最后，结合飞机日益严峻的外场腐蚀损伤现状，对电连接器外场腐蚀预防与控制方法进行了探索研究。 |

| The work aims to explore an efficient protection method for out-field corrosion inspection and treatment of aircraft’s electrical connector to solve problem of insufficient technical support in out-field corrosion inspection and treatment of aircraft’s electrical connector. Firstly, aiming at service environment and corrosion characteristics of aircraft’s electrical connector, the importance of aircraft’s electrical connector out-field corrosion maintenance was illuminated. Basic process of out-field corrosion inspection and treatment of aircraft’s electrical connector was given. Secondly, according to preparation before inspection, inspection procedure, inspection standard, cleaning and handling, protection treatment after cleaning, preservation against corrosion etc., requirements on out-field corrosion inspection and treatment of aircraft’s electrical connector were determined. Finally, combined with the increasingly severe out-field corrosion damage of aircraft, prevention and control methods on out-field corrosion of aircraft’s electrical connector were explored and studied |
