      目的 解决硬质合金刀具高速干切削难加工材料面临效率低、寿命短的难题,提升刀具涂层的耐热能力,在AlCrSiN涂层中周期性植入AlCrON热屏障层,并在其两侧沉积AlCrN层进行包夹,改善含氧层的韧性,既能保持涂层刀具较高的强度,又能改善其耐热能力。方法 采用全自动电弧离子镀膜机,研制具有不同调制周期的AlCrSiN/AlCrN/AlCrON/AlCrN多层复合涂层,分别利用划痕仪和纳米压痕仪测试多层复合涂层的力学性能,采用摩擦磨损试验机测试涂层的摩擦学性能,使用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和能谱仪(EDS)分析多层复合涂层的表面形貌、物相组成和化学成分。选用最佳调制周期工艺在硬质合金立铣刀表面沉积多层复合涂层,并与AlTiN涂层铣刀进行切削性能对比。结果 当涂层调制周期为300 nm时,涂层表面光滑致密,内部无明显的柱状晶粒,此时涂层的力学性能最佳,且摩擦系数和磨损率也最低。AlCrN涂层的包裹有效改善了AlCrON涂层的韧性和硬度,且随着调制周期的改变,涂层的力学性能和微观结构也随之变化。结论 针对淬硬钢干切削,与AlTiN涂层铣刀相比,AlCrSiN/AlCrN/AlCrON/AlCrN多层复合涂层刀具的切削温度更低,使用寿命更长。

      In order to solve the problem of low efficiency and short life of hard alloy tools in high-speed dry cutting of difficult-to-machine materials, it is urgent to improve the heat resistance of the tool coatings. AlCrON thermal barrier layers are periodically implanted in the AlCrSiN coating and placed on both sides of it. Depositing the AlCrN layer for clamping can improve the toughness of the oxygen-containing layer, maintain the higher strength of the coated tool and improve its heat resistance. In this paper, an automatic arc ion plating machine is used to develop AlCrSiN/AlCrN/AlCrON/AlCrN multilayer composite coatings with different modulation cycles. The scratch tester and nanoindenter are used to test the mechanical properties, friction and wear of the multilayer composite coatings. The testing machine tests the tribological properties of the coating, using a scanning electron microscope (SEM), X-ray diffractometer (XRD) and energy spectrometer (EDS) to analyze the surface morphology, phase composition and chemical composition of the multilayer composite coating. The results show that the encapsulation of AlCrN coating effectively improves the toughness and hardness of AlCrON coating, and as the modulation period changes, the mechanical properties and microstructure of the coating also change. When the coating modulation period is 300 nm. The best modulation cycle process is selected to deposit a multilayer composite coating on the surface of the cemented carbide end mill, and the cutting performance is compared with the AlTiN coated milling cutter.The surface of the coating is smooth and compact, without obvious columnar grains inside; at this time, the mechanical properties of the coating are the best, and the friction coefficient and wear rate are also the lowest; for the dry cutting of hardened steel, compared with the AlTiN coated milling cutter. The cutting temperature of AlCrSiN/AlCrN/AlCrON/AlCrN multilayer composite coating tool is lower and the service life is longer.
