      目的 针对某型涡轴航空发动机在直升机地面试车和空中飞行过程中均出现右侧发动机燃气涡轮转速(Ng)跳变现象,且转速跳动数值超出允许范围这一问题,提出解决方案。方法 从燃气涡轮转速数据测量原理出发,通过建立故障树排故方法,检查可能对Ng造成跳变影响的各相关部位,并进行相关附件的更换。结果 通过一系列排故工作,并结合发动机地面试车情况,对故障源头进行了准确定位,确定跳变为Ng传感器与发动机传动齿轮配合间隙过大导致的假跳变,非Ng转速真实发生跳变,是较为罕见的故障源。结论 经过发动机厂专家的验证,完成传动齿轮的更换,排除了故障,并给出了预防和排除该类型故障的建议。

      The work aims to propose a solution aiming at that a certain type of turboshaft aircraft engine experiences a right engine gas turbine speed (Ng) jump phenomenon during helicopter ground testing and air flight, and the speed jump value exceeds the allowable range. From the principle of measuring gas turbine speed data, a fault tree troubleshooting method was established to check various relevant parts that might cause jumping effects on Ng, and replace relevant accessories. Through a series of troubleshooting work and combined with the ground test results of the engine, the source of the fault was accurately located, and it was determined that the jump was caused by a false jump due to excessive clearance between the Ng sensor and the engine transmission gear which was a relatively rare fault source, rather than the real jump of Ng speed. Finally, after verification by experts from the engine factory, the transmission gear is replaced, and the fault is eliminated. Suggestions for preventing and eliminating this type of fault are also provided.
