      介绍了新能源汽车动力电池热失控特性以及纤维增强气凝胶复合材料的研究进展等,对比分析了不同纤维增强气凝胶复合材料性能。其中,玄武岩纤维增强气凝胶复合材料在隔热性能、化学稳定性、力学性能和热稳定性方面具有较大的优势,可以满足更高温区的隔热需求,在新能源汽车动力电池热防护领域具有较大的应用前景。

      In this paper, the thermal runaway characteristics of new energy vehicle power cells and the research progress of fiber reinforced aerogels were introduced. Basalt fiber reinforced aerogel composites have great advantages in thermal insulation, chemical stability, mechanical properties and thermal stability, which can meet the heat insulation needs of higher temperature regions, and have a great application prospect in thermal protection of new energy vehicle power batteries.
