| The main environmental factors inducing failure modes of lubrication oil temperature sensor were analyzed, and the environmental sensitivity stresses for reliability of the sensor were determined. The fault tree was established based on the logical relationship of the sensor structure and reliability block diagram. The weak links of the sensor were found and taken as the concerns of reliability enhancement test. Based on the theory of reliability enhancement test, the reliability enhancement test plan was designed and the test profiles were established. |
