Abstract: |
To improve the comprehensive performance of Al2O3 ceramic coating, orthogonal design was applied to the influencing factors of ceramic coating. Abrasion amount, bonding strength, and corrosion resistance were selected as evaluation index. The results showed that when the size of Al2O3 ceramic particle is160meshes, fillings of particle is125%, and thickness of coating is1mm, the coating has the best comprehensive performance. The best cure process of its adhesive system was obtained by using differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) and calculation, which is50℃(1h)→100℃(2h)→225℃(1h); to improve the adhesive strength of coating, the surface of aluminium alloy is treated by phosphoric acid anodizing (PAA) . |
