Abstract: |
Raw materials and the synthesis of conventional polyurethane foam were introduced. Three influencing factors on bonding performance of polyurethane foam were discussed, including choices of main materials, foaming agent, cross-linking agent and catalyst, and chemical modification of PU foam. Several common methods to improve the bonding strength of polyurethane foam were also introduced. Problems existed in improving bonding performance and the future application direction was put forward. |
