Abstract: |
In order to meet the demand for accurate burning time control in field fire test, a self-adaptive refueling control system was designed. The project of refueling, ignition, and system construction was put forward. Self-adaptive refueling control was realized by using real-time burring rate calculation and stage fine turning control, which minimized the interferences of climate,wind speed, and temperature, and solved the signal noise problem of long distance signal transmission. The breakdown treatment function was enhanced and the emergency response capability was improved. Validation test result showed that the accuracy of burring time control is ±1min. The system design meets the requirement of field fire test. |
