Abstract:
      Objective To investigate the application of reliability enhancement testing in development of airborne pressure probe.Methods Reliability enhancement testing is a test method which has been widely used in the aerospace field recently. Testing product was applied to single or combined environmental stresses, so as to quickly stimulate potential failure, and analysis failure phenomena and failure mode; in addition, further improvement measures were proposed to improve product reliability.ResultsThis article used an Airborne pressure probe as an example to develop a test program, described the entire process, evaluated the results of the program and improvement of the product reliability. Conclusion A typical case of strengthen reliability testing and implementation procedures were provided based on the system-level reliability enhancement testing analysis of a typical product.
