Abstract: |
Objective To develop a 400g-t centrifuge for simulating compound environmental test to implement centrifugal-vibration and centrifugal-temperature tests. Methods The technical requirements were analyzed in details, the design of the overall structure, the main drive and control and key components were performed. In addition, the system configuration measurement equipments for static and dynamic balance and the static balance controller were designed. Results The designed static balance controller could adjust 6 t load. Interfaces for compound simulation test were preserved, so that compound environmental tests including centrifugal-vibration and centrifugal-temperature tests could be done with this system. Conclusion The 400 g.t centrifuge for simulating compound environmental test meets the required technical performance, thus satisfying the need of engineering application and scientific research. |
