Abstract: |
Objective Research the Environmental adaptability of different installation and protection technology for electrical connector In the ocean atmosphere simulation environment。Methods Selecting some representative electrical connector to be assembled on the mounting plate of the typical structure material with different installation protection technology, and then testing and verifying the different protective effect in the laboratory accelerated corrosion environment. Results Different protection technology of electric connector cable will affect the basic electrical properties of electrical connector directly. The difference protection technology of the contact surface between the mounting plate and the electric connector will cause a great difference in the degree of corrosion. Conclusion using heat shrink tube to sealing electrical connector cable can protect internal structure of electrical connector an avoid reducing electrical properties from the damage of corrosive medium, Electrical connector installation (including square installation and tight nut installation) should seal the gap at the edge of the contact surface, And ensure that both of the before and after sides of mounting plate are sealed well. |
