Abstract:
      Objective To study the temperature characteristics of the chamber during temperature variation. Methods Temperature field characteristics of the typical chamber were measured and analyzed; the various distribution and influence factors of the temperature characteristics of the chamber during temperature variation were deeply understood. Results The temperature at different positions coincided badly during temperature variation. The higher temperature variability was, the more obvious the nonlinearity in variation was. Conclusion In temperature variation process, inside measurement points are certainly different from control temperature in the chamber, which makes different positions of tested product in the chamber bear temperature gradient stress. For outer surface, parts installed in the surface or inner parts close to the surface, physical damages or performance reduction may be caused. Therefore, special attention should be paid to the effect of this temperature field characteristics on the tested product.
