Abstract:
Objective Attempt to prepare a novel functional ionic liquid modified layered composite materials, and study its electrocatalytic oxidation behavior of L-Tyrosine.Method The direct assembly of TEMPO (2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidyl-1-oxy)-IL with KCa2Nb3O10 was fabricated by electrostatic self-assembly deposition (ESD) method The obtained hybrid was characterized by means of various techniques including XRD, FTIR, SEM and HRTEM. The resulting layered composite materials was also immobilized on a glass carbon electrode and the electrochemical performance of the modified electrode was measured by electrochemical work station. Results The composite materials showed excellent electrochemical activity for oxidation of L-tyrosine,while it is also found that Ipa is linearly proportional to cL-tyr over the range from 1×10-4 mol/L to 1.16×10-2 mol/L and the detection limit for L-tyrosine is 6.2×10-5 mol/L (S/N = 3 ). Conclusion ESD is a fast and efficient method for the preparation of layered composite materials, the resulting materials show the potential to apply as electrochemical L-tyrosine sensor.
