Abstract:
Objective To analyze failure modes of shipborne weapons in the marine natural environment. Methods The en-vironmental profile in the full life cycle of shipborne weapons was analyzed, and the task profile related to the marine natural environment was confirmed by combing. To improve the adaptability and reliability of the marine natural environment of the product, the marine natural environment test was designed. According to the marine natural environment in which the product was actually used, the location of the test product was determined to be within the remote library and the platform. According to the composition of the product, the object of failure mode analysis was determined, and the process of failure mode analysis was given. Results Based on the test results, four failure modes of shipborne weapons in the natural environment of the ocean were given. Conclusion Typical failure modes of shipborne weapons in the natural environment of the ocean include rusting of metal materials on the surface of single-machine casings, painting of bubbles on the surface of single-machine products, sluggish moving parts and corrosion of connector surface.
