Abstract:
Objective To provide a scientific basis for finding effective ways to prevent human error and developing appropriate and reliable prevention mechanisms and measures. Methods The distance correlation analysis method was applied to the comprehensive analysis of human error in aviation maintenance, and the error correlation coefficient of aviation maintenance personnel was calculated, and each influencing factor was quantified. Based on the theory of distance correlation analysis, the correlation coefficient was qualitatively analyzed. Results The method was practical and the analysis results were easy to be understood. There was a close correlation between the various factors that influence the human error in aviation maintenance. The correlation coefficient of human errors caused by organizational management and business skill was 0.983. Conclusion Comprehensive consideration should be given to each factor when formulating measures to prevent human error.
