Abstract: |
The paper aims to study the influence of transient high temperature environment caused by the aerodynamic heat to the aircraft structure by ground environmental test. A transient high temperature acceleration compound test system based on centrifuge and quartz lamp was designed to study the principle and structure of the synchronously control of temperature and acceleration, analyze the difficulty of the transient high temperature control without the refrigerating plant and propose a strategy of the temperature control based on the fuzzy PI. The MATLAB simulation showed that, compared with the traditional PI controller, the fuzzy PI Controller can improve the dynamic performance and precision of temperature control. The transient state heating control strategy based on fuzzy PI control is feasible and effective for the transient high temperature control. It can provide technical support for ground aerothermal simulation environmental test. |
