Abstract:
To enable the relevant personnel in the field of materiel development and environmental test better formulate the test plan and organize the implementation of the test according to GJB 150.28—2009 acid atmosphere test standard, improve the quality and validity of the test. The common problems in application of GJB 150.28—2009 acidic atmosphere test are summarized, including storage condition, test solution preparation, test samples placement, measurement of acid mist sedimentation rate and pH, transition time, the scope of the test, using typical materials instead of the whole materiel for testing, appearance and corrosion evaluation after testing are explained. Combined with MIL-STD-810, ISO 9227, ASTM B117, ASTM G85, AECTP 300, IEC 60068-2-52, GJB 150.11—2009, GB/T 10125 and other domestic and foreign standards, the causes of these problems are analyzed. On the one hand, this paper points out some contents in GJB 150.28—2009 that need to be further clarified, and put forward some suggestions for improvement. On the other hand, this paper points out the matters needing attention in acid atmosphere test. The Suggestions can solve the existing problems in application of GJB 150.28—2009 acidic atmosphere test, provide guidance for the implementation of GJB 150.28—2009 acid atmosphere standard, and also provide ideas for the revision of the standard.
