Abstract:
During the use of airborne electronic equipment and environmental tests, due to the large heat generation and equipment space problems, auxiliary cooling equipment needs to be used to achieve the function of cooling. First of all, this paper describes the basic elements of airborne electronic equipment cooling; Secondly, this paper introduces the specific requirements and different interface modes of environmentally controlled ventilation cooling and liquid cooling of airborne electronic equipment in detail; Then use examples to introduce the different ways and methods of equipment cooling and their application in practice of equipment cooling. Through experimental research, it was found that different cooling methods not only have different degrees of impact on the airborne electronic equipment, but also have a great impact on the airborne electronic equipment in the process of environmental tests, so it is proposed that in practical applications, the cooling methods to be used in airborne electronic equipment should be considered according to the content of the analysis to achieve the best implementation effect.
