Abstract:
The paper aims to obtain the dynamic response of the gun cabin structure when the gun is fired. According to the principle of artillery firing, the muzzle blast wave is simulated by the chemical explosion to establish the expression model of the muzzle impact load. ALE method is used to deal with the fluid-structure interaction between high-pressure flowing air and the surface of the cabin. The surface pressure distribution and dynamic response of the gun cabin structure under the impact load of launching air are obtained by numerical calculation. The test results are used to correct the relevant parameters of the load and the gun cabin model.Compared with the experimental results, the calculated dynamic response of the gun cabin is within the acceptable error range. Thus, a technical method for calculating the vibration response of gun cabin structure using the simulated blast wave of the chemical explosion is established. which initially determines the dangerous position of the structure and creates conditions for the subsequent vibration reduction design of the gun cabin structure.
