Abstract:
The work aims to study the effect of ultraviolet radiation environment on the performance degradation of envelop material to provide an important basis for the ultraviolet radiation protection design of civil aircraft and compile the accelerated environmental spectrum according to its use environment. By analyzing the task characteristics and use environment of civil aircraft, the accelerated environmental spectrum of ultraviolet aging for civil aircraft envelop material was proposed based on the simulation results of ultraviolet radiation intensity at cruising altitude of civil aircraft and relevant ultraviolet environmental test standards. Then, the determination method of each environmental parameter and the equivalent acceleration relationship between the accelerated environmental spectrum and the actual application environment in the external field were given. Several cycles of ultraviolet aging tests were carried out on envelop material samples of civil aircraft body parts. The surface morphological changes and performance degradation of the envelop material verified the feasibility of the proposed accelerated environmental spectrum.
