Abstract: |
The work aims to make up for the deficiency that only static pressure drop method is used to qualitatively determine the gas tightness of the tank in the range test of carrier rocket, and further improves the credibility of the gas detection results of the tank. A method for quantifying the gas tightness of a certain tank based on static pressure drop method was presented. Firstly, according to the ideal state equation of gas, a quantization method based on static pressure drop method was obtained to characterize the gas tightness of the tank, and the calculation results were verified. Secondly, considering the affecting factors such as tank pressure variation, temperature, atmospheric pressure, pressure stabilization time and measurement time, the above quantization method was modified, and an improved quantitative calculation method based on static pressure drop method was obtained to describe the gas tightness of the tank. The improved calculation method had higher accuracy. On this basis, through the analysis of the factors that limited the accuracy of the improved quantitative calculation method, the optimization measures to further improve the accuracy of the improved quantitative calculation method were put forward. The method of quantifying the gas tightness of the tank based on static pressure drop method proposed is feasible, which can provide strong support for the subsequent better gas detection in the range. |
