Abstract: |
In this work, the design and implementation process of the small unmanned surface vehicle health monitoring system was described in detail. Firstly, the characteristics and challenges of health management of small unmanned surface vehicles were analyzed, and the monitoring objects focusing on power system and electric power system were determined. Subsequently, the position of the measuring point and the selection of the sensor were accurately set, and were deployed and installed on the real ship. In the aspect of data processing, the method of data preprocessing and analysis was adopted. By collecting the data of the sensor, the time domain analysis, time-frequency spectrum analysis, and the anomaly detection method based on the autoencoder were used to preprocess and analyze the vibration data on the diesel engine. The effectiveness of the health monitoring system was proved. This paper discusses the future research prospects, and puts forward the diversified development path of further optimizing the monitoring system, which provides valuable enlightenment and reference for the health management of small unmanned surface vehicles. |
