Abstract:
      The work aims to propose an accelerated laboratory test method for germanium plated infrared anti-reflection membrane material to simulate its natural exposure test in tropical marine environment. According to the natural exposure test results of germanium plated infrared anti-reflection membrane in tropical marine environment, an accelerated laboratory test method was designed to simulate tropical marine environment from the aspects of environmental factors, damage mode and corrosion mechanism, and laboratory verification test was carried out to compare the simulation and acceleration of laboratory accelerated test and natural environmental exposure test. The laboratory accelerated test was consistent with the natural exposure test in environmental conditions, damage mode and action mechanism, with good simulation and acceleration performance. The test method designed can effectively accelerate the simulation of the exposure test results of germanium plated infrared anti-reflection membrane material in tropical marine environment, and has certain reference and application value for improving the reliability of germanium plated infrared anti-reflection membrane in tropical marine environment.
