One-dimensional heat transfer model and calculation formula of deformation induced by thermal gradient of honeycomb structure were introduced. Thermal deformation of high temperature alloy hex honeycomb structure was calculated. It was concluded that thermal deformation under service environment should be considered when design metallic TPS. |
