      目的 对油料蒸汽进行有效阻挡,降低油料泄漏风险,提升飞行器的安全性和舒适性。方法 采用聚氨酯改性的设计方法,进行涂料合成与制备。然后采用划格法、力学拉伸法、溶液浸泡法、中性盐雾、湿热等方法对涂层性能进行测试与评价。结果 在优选配方聚己内酯多元醇-分子量为2 000,质量分数为13.1%,胺类扩链剂E-300质量分数为8.0%,异氰酸酯HMDI质量分数为25.2%下,获得涂层的综合性能最佳。制备的涂层抗断裂强度达26.6 MPa,断裂伸长率达580.0%,在经过耐溶液浸泡(500 h)、耐中性盐雾(500 h)及耐湿热(500 h)3种性能测试后,涂层没有起泡、脱落等失效现象发生。结论 聚氨酯改性的蒸汽隔离涂料/涂层设计方案合理,合成工艺较容易实现,材料体系综合性能优良,能在复杂恶劣工况下作为航空飞行器油箱蒸汽泄漏时防护使用。

      The work aims to effectively block the oil steam, so as to reduce the risk of oil leakage and improve the safety and comfort of aircraft. The design method of polyurethane modification was adopted, and then the coating was synthesized and prepared. Next, the coating properties were tested and evaluated by means of grid method, mechanical stretching method, solution soaking method, neutral salt spray, wet heat and other methods. The following formula was selected, including polycaprolactone polyol with molecular weight of 2000 and content of 13.1%, amine chain extender E-300 with content of 8% and isocyanate HMDI with content of 25.2% and thus the coating with the best comprehensive properties was obtained. The fracture strength and elongation at break of the prepared coating reached 26.6 MPa, and the elongation at break reached 580.0%. The coating had no failures such as foaming and peeling after being subject to solution soaking (500 h), neutral salt spray (500 h) and moisture and heat (500 h). The design scheme of polyurethane modified vapor isolation coating material/coating is reasonable, the synthesis process is easy to realize and the comprehensive properties of the coating material system are excellent, so it can be used as the protective coating in the fuel tank of aircraft under complex and harsh conditions.
