Abstract:
      Temperature and vibration are two key factors of environmental worthiness problem of aviation electronics. Therefore thermal and vibration stress should be analyzed during design process. Digital prototypes and modeling methods for environmental worthiness analysis were introduced. Thermal stress simulation method based on computational fluid dynamics (CFD)technique and vibrational stress simulation method based on finite element method(FEM)technique were discussed. A case study was given.
