Abstract: |
The concept of multilevel finite element was presented. The life determination and extension of missile structure was divided to three finite element analysis steps. In the finite element analysis, the influence of original state, weathering state, and repair or replacement of missile structure was considered. The structural strength and residual life of missile structure was estimated exactly. Using this method, the quality state of grain considering factors such as aging and crack damage and the effect of repair for crack damage were evaluated. The results showed that this method is scientific and can provide a reference for life determination and extension of missile weapon system. |
