| The definition of environment factor of inverse Weibull distribution was put forward; Then the MLE and Bayes estimation methods were used to estimate the inverse Weibull distribution environment factor, and the Fisher information matrix was used to determine prior distribution for small quantities of equipment data. Finally, simulation analysis was carried out on different estimation methods. The result showed that the Bayes estimation method is more precise and has smaller error than maximum likelihood estimation method. |
