Abstract: |
A global finite element model and sub-model of fretting fatigue of aluminum alloy column/plane contact structure was established using ABAQUS software. The effectiveness of the model was validated according to the comparison of analytical solutions and numerical solutions. Distributing rules of contacting stress for different influencing factors were obtained. The results showed that the maximal normal stress decreases as the pad radius increases and increases relevantly as the increasing of the contact load; in the stick region, as the values of pad radius and contact load increase, the pull stress increases and decreases, respectively;the ratioQ/ (fP)has no effect on the normal stress and pull stress; the effect of these parameters on shear stress has a great difference at different contact region. |
