Abstract:
LY12CZ aluminum alloy were immersed in solution for pre-corrosion test under laboratory environment. The corrosion pits were detected with KH-7700microscope to get corrosion damage data of different corrosion time and temperature.Corrosion fatigue test was carried out on pre-corroded specimens and the relation between fatigue life decrease and corrosion damage caused by different corrosion time and temperature was established. The results showed that the corrosion time and temperature play important roles in corrosion and corrosion fatigue life of aluminum alloy.
