Abstract:
Rough set theory was utilized to predigest the9single indexes for corrosion damage evaluation of coatings to eliminate redundancy information and improve evaluation efficiency. Evaluation indexes’weight was determined according to the importance of attribute, which eliminated the subjectivity of calculating weights by traditional methods and enhanced the reliability of comprehensive evaluation results. Corrosion damage comprehensive evaluation model of organic coatings was established. The model’s feasibility was validated through the results analysis of accelerated corrosion test of aircraft structure specimens with different coatings and comprehensive evaluation grades of corrosion damage for different coatings were obtained.
