Abstract: |
The queuing behavior caused by finite repair resources in repair shop was studied. A model of multi-class queuing system of maintenance with finite servers was established and a method of computing the number of every-class repairable spare part was presented. Based on the method the number of every-class reparable spare part was worked out at every time point in the queuing system, and then decided whether some equipment was functioned or not at this time according to the class and number of reparable spare part in the repair shop to reduce the loss furthest. Finally, the feasibility and correctness of the model and method was validated by comparing with simulation result. |
